You will be provided with detailed home care instructions to help during your healing.

Weight training is a great way to enhance your results, but be sure to avoid working out until you’re instructed that it’s okay to do so. Patients should also be sure to maintain their weight with a healthy lifestyle to avoid a significant weight loss or gain, which could un-do the results of an arm lift.
